This is another project of mine, the ablilty to power the calculator from more than one power source. The inspiration for this project came from a topic on United-Ti.
No physical work has been completed yet, but I have purchased the solar panels. I also have 1 Farad capacitors if I decide to use them.
it is acording to which calc you are using the ti86 I know inside out, it is very picky on voltage and needs a good regulator to 6vdc upto 1A . you should contact me on yahoo or something on these projects I believe most I can help you with..
